Join us for this demonstration of Italian theater labs Livello Avanzato by All'italiana - Boston Italian Theatre Company!
This year our advanced students will perform an excerpt from their last year's work "Se Una Notte d'Inverno... Un Attore" loosely inspired by "Se Una Notte D'Inverno Un Viaggiatore" by the Italian author Italo Calvino, staging, acting and directing selected scenes ("libri" in Calvino's novel). The second part of the show consists of a collection of scenes and monologues that the actors selected, directed, and performed.
Our students are native and non-native Italian speakers and will join forces to showcase the work they have done during this past year. The show is in Italian. It runs about 2 hours with one intermission.
Audience space is very limited - Registration mandatory. Free and Open to All - Donations gratefully accepted.
