  • We offer ONLINE COMMEDIA DELL'ARTE AND RENAISSANCE MUSIC WORKSHOPS AND DEMONSTRATIONS for schools, universities and cultural organizations! Watch an example we recently did for the Mary Baker Eddy Library:

      Pazzi Lazzi co-founders Chiara Durazzini and Emanuele Capoano will converse about        LA COMMEDIA IN QUARANTENA, how are Commedia dell'Arte and theater companies        coping with social distancing and not being able to rehearse in person and perform            for a live audience. We will have guests from all over the world! Feel free to write us  comments and questions live... and expect some improvised sketches with our guests!

  • Thursday March 26, 2020 at 7:30 PM Show LA GIARA (THE OIL JAR) A One Act Play with live Southern Italian Folk Music by Luigi Pirandello produced by ImproNati. In Italian with English surtitles. Northeastern University, Ballroom at Curry Student Center. Free and open to the general public but registration required. POSTPONED to a future date TBA.

  • Saturday May 2nd, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Sunday May 3rd 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM MASKS IN MOTION - Commedia dell'Arte Workshop Open to All Dedicate weekend to discover the roots of theater and take a fascinating journey into the origins of comedy with this practical workshop. Have fun learning about the famous stock Commedia characters and learn how to act and improvise with a mask. Students are required to attend both days. No previous experience necessary. Age 14+ POSTPONED to a future date TBA.
